This old barn is rendered in a sepia tone with 15% of the original color blending though to help give the picture more life.
This shed is so old it was built before color was invented. Don't believe me? Why do you think old pictures are always in B&W?
Old building have great character.
I rebuilt my lightbox and needed something to take a picture of. I should have switched lenses but think this picture came out okay. I flooded the back of the box with a lot of light to get the back of the lens to washout. There's a shadow under the lens but I can live with that for right now.
This very large and presumably old tree is grabbing a lot of sun, keeping the photographer underneath cool and comfortable.
An ordinary green leaf really close-up.
These purple flowers were hanging down over a narrow trail around a lake.
After hauling 5 loads of skydivers to jump altitude, the Cessna 182 rests and enjoys a beautiful sunset. If you want to make a Tandem Skydive check out No Limits Skydiving.
I happened to have the be in the right place to snap a shot of this duck just as it stepped off the ledge.
Today I sat outside at lunch. This footpath looked so perfect, I had to snap a quick shot of it. There was a goose that kept float close to me and then would ride the tiny wave on the lake backward then do it again.
This goose made a nest right in the middle of a very public turn around lane. I wonder if she choose it because of the flowers and trees or because she wants everyone to notice her. Could she be narcissistic? Can geese be narcissists? This planet is strange. I'm thinking of moving.
Objects in this picture are farther away than they appear.
I was watching a group of skydivers board a plane for a jump when I noticed this bright yellow bi-plane at fuel farm. After a short debate amongst a few skydivers about asking the pilot if he would let us jump from it, the plane taxied and flew away.
This photo should be better but it's not. I'd like it to have been more crisp. There wasn't enough light on the flower to make it really stand out.
